Shipping and Returns
Current processing times are 2-3 business days.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order. The tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once the label has been created.
Next Day Shipping allows your order to arrive the next day after your order is processed. This is not expedited processing. Our Processing times are always listed in our banner, on the main page our of shop.
* We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on ALL orders over $75 to US and Puerto Rico.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on price and location.
- All returns must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The items must be unused or unopened and returned in their original packaging.
- Absolutely no returns accepted on used or open items.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
It is extremely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, that is why we offer store credit only in cases which:
- You are unsatisfied with the quality of your product
- Or you have simply changed your mind
We pack every item with precision and care to ensure they arrive in good condition. However in the unlikely case that an item delivered is faulty or not as advertised, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:
- You include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email)
You will be notified once your item has been inspected and approved. Your refund or store credit may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed.
Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations to it. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it to us. Any exceptions made to this are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
